Web Developer & SEO Specialist
With 12 years of experience, Nikola is a full-stack web developer specialising in high-performing, SEO-optimised websites.
He blends front-end design with back-end development to create seamless digital experiences that drive Monsta results.
Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, exploring nature, and PC gaming.
Krista Milton
Paid Social Specialist
With 12 years of global experience, Krista has worked at three of the Big Six agencies across industries like travel, beauty, automotive, and FMCG.
She also spent over four years on the tech side at Snap and TikTok, bringing a deep understanding of paid social strategy from both agency and platform perspectives.
Outside of work, she enjoys horse riding, yoga, and exploring Devon’s beautiful nature
Wilfred Bellouati
Videographer & Content Creator
Passionate about cinematography and storytelling, Wilfred brings over eight years of experience in video production, spanning scripted, unscripted, and social media content.
Originally from the south of France, he studied film in Montpellier before moving to London in 2018.
Wilfred has worked with top brands like Hilton, Warner Bros, Netflix, Secret Cinema, Adidas, and Fever, creating compelling visual narratives across various platforms. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new creative ideas, traveling, and immersing himself in film culture.
Reuben Greenidge
Owner & Growth Strategist
With 14 years of experience in sales and marketing, Reuben has worked across startups, SMEs, and global corporations—closing deals from £1K to multi-million pounds. Having built multiple businesses along the way, he understands firsthand what it takes to grow and scale successfully.
Frustrated by a bad experience with agencies in 2023, he set out to do it better—offering passionate business owners the partnership and expertise they need to thrive.
Outside of work, he’s always on the move—traveling, hiking, investing, and honing his poker skills (when he’s not deep into a podcast). Yep, he’s one of those.
